Contingencies

The airlines, under certain rare circumstances, may compel cancellation or the postponement of the ATOP due to facility demands by the carrier. In such cases, all fees will be refunded. ATOP, Inc., and the Training Facility assume no responsibility or liability for costs or inconvenience due to cancellation or rescheduling, including travel change fees.

Acceptance

Participant's paid registration confirms acceptance of the above-referenced terms, conditions, and refund policies which were explained at the time of registration.
